Breaded Chicken Breast?

I am going to cook some Chicken Parmesan and will want the chicken breaded.
If I use the plate setter and cook indirect will this cook well, or would I be better off cooking it in the oven.
Is there any advantage to doing this on the egg, was thinking may be a better flavor but don't know.
Also, what time and temp would you suggest, I have never baked chicken and want to make sure it gets done good.
Thanks

Yes do it indirect with the platesetter and it will taste better than in the oven. Cook the breast until 160. I cook them at 350-375. Usually takes 45 minutes or so.
