I just bought a 4 pound pork loin. What is your favorite pork loin recipe?

WudEyeDoo,
poke some holes in it, stuff them with garlic and romano cheese. Sprinkle with your favorite rub, wrap in bacon. Sprinkle rub again. Egg over a drip pan at 350 until 145 internal using hickory. Our 4 pounder took about 2 hours.

WudEyeDoo,
By far this is our favorite.
Also good, but not as stunning or colorfull, is just salt and pepper and then cook indirect at 350-375 till about 140 internal, left sit 15-20 minutes and serve.
Big thing is not to over cook it or cut it before you are ready to serve it or it will dry out.
    Happy Cooking,
    George

WudEyeDoo,
You can't go wrong with the loin. Stuff (optional), bacon wrap (optional), and cook at 350° for an hour or so to a 140° internal temp (medium rare).
