can you share info on the duck breasts? temp,marinade,time. By the way I saw the post. They really look good.

Rooster - it's been a while but basically I grilled the duck pretty fast direct with just some Tony Chachere's. I like duck a little on the rare side. For the ones I wrapped around pineapple and then wrapped with bacon, I partially cooked the bacon before wrapping.
The plum sauce was simply some plum jelly that I thinned with some worster sauce and a little water. Nothing fancy but it was good.
