Tried my first stuffed pork chops on the medium tonight. Stuffed them with loin bacon and Romano cheese. Cooked direct at 450, pulled at 145 degrees, S&P at he table. The cheese and bacon had a very nice affect on overall taste. I'll do cook this again.
Last night's spinach, shrooms, garlic and EVOO was so good I tried it again - still yum. The zuccini and sweet onion was a surprise. The sweet onion sweetened the zucchini - another yum!

That looks great. Did you just place the raw spinach in a skillet with the mushrooms and EVOO? How long did it take to cook down?

Correct, I added spinach after the shrooms had some time to cook.
Start to finish about and hour (includes eating). -
Great cook. gotta try those stuffed pchops.
