Doctor Steve invited me over for dinner and I was planning on grilling at my house. I packed up my stuff and headed over for a great meal.
Here is Dr Chicken, I mean Steve starting the chicken.

That recipe/technique is famous and it is awesome..of course the newer maple syrup method is also awesome...really just wanted to ask to offer my appreciation if he is the original..

I'm going to the meet & greet on Friday night. My daughter graduates from Widener Univ. Saturday AM and I have a wedding to go to late in the afternoon. I may stop by in-between to meet some folks. (I haven't laid that little tid bit on wifey yet :evil: -which may derail my plan :unsure: ).
