Hola and Happy Holidays to everyone. Been a while since I have been here in the forum. Other things have occupied my spare time for a while.
Need a little help from the pros. Refresh my memory on a good technique to cook briskets. Direct? Indirect? Temp? Time? Good Marinade?
Hope everyone is doing fine and thanks in advance for the help.

Click on the Recipes button on the Cookbook dropdown at the top of the page. Bottom of page 2 of the Beef recipes has "Elder Ward's World Class Brisket" It is great. Good Luck
