My first pulled pork.....

Posts: 658
2 butts one with blues hog the other with a kitchen sink rub. 250 for 10 hours. Pulled at 190. It was wonderful. Thanks for all the help doug-123 and Eggtucky.

Looks like a complete success the 1st time out of the box. Making sandwitches with all that. Pulled pig is one of the few things that is almost as good froze as it is fresh!
