Smoked Bologna

How long would you smoke a 2 pound hunk of Bologna?[p]I have had it on got about 2 hours @ 280 Dome. It creaped up a little hotter than I wanted but its happy at 280. I also have it rubbed with Dizzy Dust and being smoked with crab apple wood. It smells Fabulous.[p]Thanks

Rick's Tropical Delight, I'v never smoked Bologna before, but it looks good. I can't tell for sure, but it appears you take the casing off before smoking. Am I correct?

wasn't a casing on that chub. just a plastic wrap.
