Wabbly Grid extender

not sure if i got what you want but my leggs have not been used since my beauburger eggsperiment but i have used the extender
without the leggs
i have also used beer cans as a extender for my small
[p]sorry if this doesn't help[p]happy eggin

Thanks-Very Inventive. I guess I'm the only one who thinks the legs on the extender don't work well.

not sure what you mean by wabbly...you need to stretch the legs a bit so that they fit tightly over the grate. Look at this picture closely. When properly installed you can pick up both grates merely by lifting the extender.
Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time -

My grid is the same size as the grid that came with my egg. I have a medium. I can't spread the legs far enough to lock tight because I am out of room. I cut the legs off and went with Guava Greg's design. Now I have grids the same size for maximum cooking space. Sturdy too. See his photo. Thanks!
