Norah’s hard at work: Dubai chocolate cheesecake, strawberry lemonade cupcakes, 5 dozen cookies, and a few pork butts. All while looking like a “bum” per her… lots of joy watching her cook today. @caliking she’s also working on a pie from a book you sent her years ago. Hope all are having a blessed day

Did a brisket and a tenderloin, baked some “No Knead everything bagel except for poppyseeds(added black sesame) bread” and a salad made from our garden tomatoes, basil, buffalo moz, and local balsamic.

We did our traditional 4th of July Paella 🥘 on the Weber that I keep up at the lake house. I also brought my MiniMax up for some sausages, chicken thighs, Chinese style pork and a few other goodies on the 3rd.
