What size fits best in a large BGE with an elevated grid? Not using it as a drip pan, but rather a roasting pan. Just worried about how much room there is in the dome. Thanks!

I frequently use half sized steam table pans with an elevated cooking surface. Worst case, the corners get smashed depending on how high in the dome you’re going.~ John - Formerly known as ColtsFan - https://www.instagram.com/hoosier_egger

These 9x13 fit handily when the pan bottom is at the felt line; they fit in my Small too with just a bit of corner bending. Not sure which brand I bought, they're less than a buck apiece when you buy a box of them (I definitely have a lifetime supply):

Restaurant Depot has a vast assortment to choose from, should there be one in your area.I pickup most of my stuff there.I buy a lot of their round aluminum serving trays for the XL which works out very nicely."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber
