    That looks great-taste test results?
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    Used this in a marinade with oil,vinegar and scotch bonnets and soy.  heavy on the allspice. Served with limes. Was really good

    Much more creative with the marinade than me.  I go with Walker'sWood hot paste and that's it. It's a great premo for the cook.  Thanks for the insights.
