Smoking ribs on the eggspander

Trying to get the most out of a cook. Has anyone smoked ribs on both levels of the eggspander at the same time? What were the results? Did the upper level get done at the same time as those on the lower level? LBGE w/ Eggspander

    I do this with good results using a Adjustable Rig from Ceramic Grill Store, it works much like the EGGspander.  My experience is the ribs up top will finish before those on the mid/lower level.  Those may need to go another 30 min or more, depends on the pig.

    CGS upped my game with the adjustable. I have done 6 racks, no problems.

    I've done 9 racks of ribs in the large. I used a custom built rack with three levels, mainly because the adjustable rig isn't available on this side of the pond.
