Provided they have been frozen throughout, they are good to go. Frozen food will keep basically indefinitely, but may be subject to degradation in taste and texture.Have at ‘em.

you already received opinions and also your own answer…but for whatever it’s worth when I have gone deep freezer diving what I’ve found is freezer burn will appear as white on the meat and even if I cut that white layer off the meat just doesn’t taste good - at least to me. Glad yours turned out fine…Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

I’ve found there is a huge difference in quality between vac sealed meat vs non-vac sealed meat for long term storage. If properly vac sealed, results have been pretty incredible - even at a ripe old age.

We vac seal to pulled pork and sell by the pound, and always have stock on hand (most people pre-order, but we account for impulse buyers).GrateEggspectations said:I’ve found there is a huge difference in quality between vac sealed meat vs non-vac sealed meat for long term storage. I don’t usually sell those, just for the “look” to the customer. We give a lot away, and the rest get eaten.Truly can’t tell the difference between any of them, regardless of date.Large BGE and Medium BGE
