The problem with a problem is that you don't know it's a problem until it's a problem, and that is a big problem.

It’s been several years but I could seldom get Raycon to play into both ear buds. I am considering biting the bullet and buying the Apple Buds

Yes, Apple AirPods (a bunch of different models now) do a really good job of noise canceling as well as giving good sound quality. Amazon and Best Buy often do significant discounts on price as well.Cincinnati, Ohio. Large BGE since 2011. Still learning.

I still use my Apple AirPods a few times a week, and they’ve been going strong and easy for 6 years..Large BGE and Medium BGE

Glad you asked, as I was just looking for opinions.

I have Airpods and Airpods pros. I use the airpods at my desk and then transition seemlessly between work cell and personal cell. I travel with the Pros for the noise canceling on the road or the plane.
I have Shokz Openrun that I use for biking. They are not in ear so you can hear ambient better and while not as integrated into the Apple ecosystem they are still quality headphones.XLBGE, LBGE, Charbroil Gas Grill, Weber Q200, Old Weber Kettle, Rectec RT-B380, Yeti 65, Yeti Hopper 20, RTIC 20, RTIC 20 Soft Side - Too many drinkware vessels to mention.

Just Vote- What if you could choose "none of the above" on an election ballot? Millions of Americans do just that, in effect, by not voting. The result in 2016: "Nobody" won more counties, more states, and more electoral votes than either candidate for president. -
Thanks everyoneThe problem with a problem is that you don't know it's a problem until it's a problem, and that is a big problem.

Galaxy Buds user here ... they are insanely good. Fit well, cancel noise to the point you actually can't hear much, and when you take them off, you then know how much they cancel ... sound quality is amazing.Napoleon Prestige Pro 665, XL BGE, Lots of time for BBQ!

I have used Apple, very nice, Bose, excellent, Klipsch, excellent, and now Denon, as good as it gets, but any of the above mentioned get the job done and done well."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

I’ve had Jabra, Bose and returned to Apple. Now have 2 and 3 pros. Wearing them all day for noise cancellation , music in background with convo detection.
-
Took me writing something about them.. sigh.. the right earbud now has a “clicking” going on. Really frustrating.MaskedMarvel said:I still use my Apple AirPods a few times a week, and they’ve been going strong and easy for 6 years..Large BGE and Medium BGE

What you buy....be that 'buds, or 'cans' depends on what you use them for.
The dedicated stereo listener with an all headphone personal system? Might spend substantial sums
on Stax or Sennheiser or any of several high zoot brands.
For the noise canceling user? Investigate Monoprice, maybe? -

I'm a stereophile and know that it's not as simple as 'buying earbuds' or whatever.
If you care about what your music sounds like, than listening is the only way.
You can spend in the thousands for specialty headphones requiring dedicated equipment to make the most of.
Or, if you are easily satisfied, buy for warranty or perhaps even by 'review'.....not that reviews mean much.
I do watch certain reviewers, but have a history with them and can clock what they say onto how I'd think about the same gear.....I personally find earbuds to be long-term uncomfortable. Over ear headphones connected to stereo so I can listen to TV late at night without disturbing anyone.....
