Confirmed no Crosby. Hopefully, it won’t matter.

I know he wears the “C”, but they will be fine without him. I’ve never been this excited to be up this early.GrateEggspectations said:Confirmed no Crosby. Hopefully, it won’t matter.Las Vegas, NV -

This game cannot be decided by 3 on 3 street hockey. Strategy, teamwork, player strengths out the window. Shameful.LBGE St. Louis MO

Know nothing about hockey but I'm enjoying the game a lot!

Congratulations USA! Great game.
At least we won’t face retaliatory tariffs for a Team Canada win. 😂 -
That was a great game! Hell of a finish.
I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Other silver medalists, standing on the podium, can usually muster a smile.

I get it. You get that close and come up short...Botch said:Other silver medalists, standing on the podium, can usually muster a smile.
Not these guys.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -
I have more that I want to add (an eye patch, sand by his feet…), but I need to wait for him to dry a bit first…

Totally agree. Congrats to the US teams nonetheless.nealmgb said:This game cannot be decided by 3 on 3 street hockey. Strategy, teamwork, player strengths out the window. Shameful.canuckland -

During the '02 Winter Olympics I smiled, and I didn't even get a medal!

Dad went to the ER about midnight last night and he’s still waiting on a room. He seems to be improving with insulin and oxygen. Being the weekend specialists are scarce even though they are not in a medical desert like half the State . That means no definitive diagnosis. I am emergency boarding the dogs in the morning and heading there to either stay with him or with Mom or both sequentially.

Hang in there, @Gulfcoastguy. Thinking of you and your family.

And a scabbard, right? It's really well done. Thanks for posting.BeanHead said:I have more that I want to add (an eye patch, sand by his feet…), but I need to wait for him to dry a bit first…

Stunning, @Stormbringer!

Dealing with a 95 year old stoned on steroids. We had all his meds set into pill trays then he started monkeying with the trays and some sections had 5 pills and some had 8. Like a toddler with ADHD! Giving him an insulin shot tonight is going to be fun.

Very nice @Stormbringer! It's also great to see there's people out there with your exact same hobbies! I was imaging the Rosette Nebula last night

Two things happened to me at Costco today, dismayed by both of them.First off I passed by a display booth, staffed by a young lady, promoting the Costco Citi credit card. Sign up and get a gift blanket. Already having that card I asked about getting the gift retroactively. She responded by saying she didn't know what that word meant.Next up, a 24 pack of Bodyarmor Lyte was placed on the lower rack of my shopping cart, placed up front for easy scanning by the clerk. Checking my receipt at home that item was not scanned. And the receipt checker at the exit missed it.Both of these are very unCostco like. Perhaps the Rosette Nebula is to blame?

As this was a mistake in your financial favor, I suggest cracking open a cold Bodyarmor and celebrating.dbCooper said:...Next up, a 24 pack of Bodyarmor Lyte was placed on the lower rack of my shopping cart, placed up front for easy scanning by the clerk. And my local convenience store clerk burned even brighter the other day? $10.71. I gave her a ten, a dollar and a penny. She opened the drawer, she paused, again, and reached for her calculator.
I didn't say anything this time.
EDIT: I'm assuming "Bodyarmor Lyte" is a beer of some sort?
