looks like the picture uploading is a huge impact on participation for a number of people.

If this is a result of a conflict with iPhones with the most recent iOS update, it’s probably an issue with Vanilla and not this forum per se. I suspect it’ll be fixed soon. Maybe Hannah can verify that.

I have had issues posting pictures many times, and I am using chrome on a linux box. My pictures are all taken with my iPhone. fortunately I am more stubborn that Vanilla and I will reformat/tweek/adjust the image until it works. I have no formula for an image layout/format/resolution/... which consistently works.

that said, I haven't had picture upload issues for a while.

Hi all! I've flagged the photo issue to Vanilla again, but they continue to test it on their end and it's working. Not sure why it's so hit or miss for some users! They might be a bit slow to respond because of the holidays but if there's any change, I will let you know. Thanks!

An observation; the team should test from outside their lab/office as a regular user coming in thru the website. I have seen the company side of an issue work just fine but not so when executed as a "consumer."
