It’s been a long time coming, but the new BGE XL Rotisseries are finally hitting the shelves…and it was worth the wait!

Most of you know that I’ve cooked on the new design a few times, but it’s been a while. So I just did a simple Mezcal marinated whole chicken and after about 3 hours at 350Β° (most of it with the dome closed), it was done.Β

I don’t know what it is, but cooking with a rotisserie is just fun…and man, it puts out a damn tasty product! Being able to clean it up and store in the hard case, is so much better than the β€œring” style.Β
