Tried to build a solid beef broth. Sautéed garlic, onion and ginger, then some veggies. SV flank steak and a fried egg. Topped with green onions, cilantro and toasted sesame.

Thanks. I wanted poached eggs, but time pressures were sucky that we did fried instead.
