@BeanHead - as above, those are great looking dogs. Kimchi for the win.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Cooked a couple of pork tenderloins rubbed with Albukirky’s Red Chili rub and cooked a grill full of Yukon Gold potatoes using the residual heat. Plans for tomorrow are to use a premade pie crust and make a pork pot pie, pork potatoes, peas and carrots, chicken soup, maybe a crushed dry habanero and to cover with crescent rolls from a tube.
I poured the grease on top of kibble so the furry boys are happy. -

Our lunch was spicy kimchi hotdogs with a soy glaze. That is why they call it fishing not catching 🤣, DH caught a nice legal bass today but we tossed it back because it was not enough for a meal.
Those look delicious!#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -
Canadian pies (pineapple).

All the leftover rice, meat, and veggies in the fridge are mixed together with some cheese and chipotle cream sauce and shoved in pepper halves.

SV pork chop finished with a sear on the gasser’s infrared burner, homemade apple sauce featuring apples we picked at a local orchard (great, simple recipe), roasted Brussels sprouts, grilled halloumi, and roasted corn on the cob. No pageant contestants here, but this hit the spot!

I made a couple of pork tenderloin pot pies: potatoes, English peas, carrots, cream of chicken soup, store bought pie crust, grated cheese, crescent roll dough from a tube. I guess I’ll freeze the extra one.

SV frozen precooked smoked breast from a local duck farm, about 3/4 hr at 125. Scored the skin and cold pan seared skin side only...

Served with oven baked beets, quick fresh pineapple compote, alfredo pasta cooked with cream cheese and sun dried tomato. Garnished pasta with duck fat from the pan and parmesan...

Tonight's edition of WAYCTD needs stand-alone spin-off episodes. (See above) The talent here knows when they are cranking out something outside the main-stream.

Miso soba noodles with pork, peppers, carrots, onions, baby corn, and water chestnuts. Made enough for dinner and four frozen lunches because I know it reheats well from frozen.

Took a pause from vegetarian meals due to various trips and stuff - using this time to clean out the fridge and freezer of meats.
Today, we made Marco Pierre White’s (MP to his friends) Pigeon En Visse. Made a few substitutions to use what we had, dish came out amazing. The sauce is out of this world.

I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Enchiladas and Nachos tonight on the egg. Enchiladas were adapted from the Love and Lemons recipe, substituting in our last can of green sauce (need to get more), skipping the cilantro because Ron says it tastes like soap and I can hear his grumbling from Illinois.

I’ve had my eye on an Oak tree the past few days while driving home from work. Just what I thought, chicken of the woods.
