Love the seafood focus. Looks great thru a lens I would be proud of. It is labour (nod) intensive til you build the final product. Nail the socarrat?

there was socarrat. next one ill bump the heat up to 450, the bomba seems to take the extra heat. my great grandmother used to make it on the picnic table up on some bricks with an open fire, wish i was older back then to learn this dish. will be making an open pit eventually.fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -

calamari tentacles, i think the fishmonger was a little unhappy that i bought all he had. froze the rest for a couple more of these or maybe some fried snacksfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
