    Love the seafood focus.  Looks great thru a lens I would be proud of.  It is labour (nod) intensive til you build the final product.  Nail the socarrat?

    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    there was socarrat. next one ill bump the heat up to 450, the bomba seems to take the extra heat. my great grandmother used to make it on the picnic table up on some bricks with an open fire, wish i was older back then to learn this dish. will be making an open pit eventually.

    I'd hit that. Like that its heavy on the bivalves. Are those baby octopus, I spy in the mix?

    calamari tentacles, i think the fishmonger was a little unhappy that i bought all he had. froze the rest for a couple more of these or maybe some fried snacks
