OT - Banh Mi (kind of)

I baked the baguettes, so… here ya go, @lousubcap


Second try with this particular recipe, because, the first try was wonderful. Thin, crispy crust, with a soft crumb. 

Perfect for lunch. Buttered one side. Pate on the other. Tomato, garlic, ginger chutney (gifted, not homemade), homemade suan cai (lactofermented napa cabbage), fresh ’maters, cilantro, quick pickled onions, chopped Thai chile. 

Looks like a mess…but, very delicious 😀
