Forgot about one of his early films “Play Misty for Me”. My first exposure to the beautiful voice of Roberta Flack. Bought every one of her albums that I could find the next day. The music still moves me after all this time. That scene of the two main characters walking along the beach with “The First Time” background music was awesome film work.Ubi panis, ibi patria.
