if the DOGE claims fraud but doesn’t prosecute— they would be avoiding due process where the evidence gets the same sunlight as the claim. they are also potentially slandering people if they target individuals with claims. so that’s the social engineering advantage of an invisible enemy (the alleged deep state). if the lawsuits had the same % outcomes as the slate of election fraud lawsuits then it wouldn’t help doge.
