Busting out this weekend. Works been consuming and I planned to enjoy some food this week without realizing a hurricane was coming  :s

had some New York strips, pork tenderloin and sausages for Friday night supper. Let the egg settle down to 225, strapped on the cyberq… can’t get my port forwarding to work.. oh well

threw a prime brisket on last night around 10 pm. Did Blanco, then Gospel. This morning. It was further along than I wanted, but got it wrapped with tallow and pushing to 275 to cooler towel it while we do some volleyball games.
