Costco Stuffed Peppers On The Egg

I've always done them in oven or air fryer, covered.  Picked up a pack today and thinking they could benefit from some smoke.  My thought is indirect at 350-400.
Advice from anyone that has Egged them is appreciated.

I've done this with homemade and the Costco ones, no real advice, it's an easy cook, just go until the peppers are the right doneness for you.

Depending on what the exposed filling is, you may want to stick closer to 350 so the top doesn't burn before the middle is ready.

  • Have done the Costco ones and as with @coltsfan, they worked out. That being said, a kiss of smoke wouldn’t hurt them.

Let us know what you do and how they turned out.

i get given so much food and treats for Christmas that by the time I finish them all it will be Easter and I will have the same shape as an egg. Rather fitting I think.

Nice!  Yeah, we do these a lot.  It’s really one of the more affordable meals Costco puts out there.  And the smoke they get from the BGE makes them miles better than what you get from the oven.

Tell me about your interior rig. Goodies from the ceramic grill store?

@Teefus - Correct, that is a CGS product, the Adjustable Rig.  It's a versatile product and high quality.
