Great cook and finish. Sweet $$ shot and love grilled scallops.I used to buy brisket from Heartbrand akasuhi beef (when occasionally offering free shipping over $100 ) but haven't seen that deal in a couple of years. If local then their brisket is worth exploring. FWIW-Edit to add "occasionally" to the shipping deal that no longer exists.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
