So I’m still playing catch up tonight…lol
Ribeye, Flat Iron steak, couple pieces of salmon, ABTs, jalapeño cheese sausage.
Cooked the asparagus in the aged ribeye fat, garlic, some chopped bacon, little butter and EVOO. If you add enough stuff to stop your heart, even asparagus tastes good. Sweet potato for Lora and regular potato for me.
