Likely the senior pilot in the squadron as seniority does have its privileges. But it's the USAF so who knows how that works with them.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. I'm thinking the chance of misjudging the flyby distance and sucking some balloon into the jet intake is not worth the risk.
