Grill grate brush?
Comments

My wife and I was eating at a bbq joint not far from home a couple years back and she ordered a burger. They cook on a pit outside with some sort of grate. The first bite she took her eyes got huge and I could tell at the look on her face something was wrong. She was freaking out and reach in her mouth and pulled out a long piece of wire. It was stuck in the top of mouth. It really scared her. So it's no common but it can happen and I guess it's a possibility someone could choke. We knew the owner and told her because we didn't know where it may had come from but she said it did come from a grill brush.

I switched from a wire brush to a dandelion weeder a few years ago. It works as well as a Billy Bar and only cost $6.95 @ Home Depot.
I don't want to push my luck. I used to run after the DDT fogger trucks when I was kid at Glynco Naval Air Station near Brunswick, GA. All the kids on base did it. I guess I'm OK...I guess.

tcampbell said:My wife gave me one for Christmas. Its a grillart. It is wire but it's woven almost like a slinky. Real heavy built and the woven wire is all in one piece. I have not used it yet but I do believe it will hold up better than the ones with individual wires. Like he said in above post it's wound around a heavy frame.Napoleon Prestige Pro 665, XL BGE, Lots of time for BBQ!
