Started off great ~ don't cook without good lighting

Call my self going to use the pizza oven to make a great steak crust. Got dark fast. Low light and steak looks ok at this point. This is the fastest way to cook a overly well done juicy steak - smh. Updated was trying for medium.
Did everything rushed. The outcome sad. Was able to eat it just fine, just disappointed in myself. It was fun though.

Temp between 800 and 875. Pans from the oysterbed Company. Pans in oven until blistering hot then added steaks. Total time less than 5 minutes with flipping. Had it been daylight I would have seen the crust was better than I thought I saw. It was fun. Everything has to be ready prior too. No time to run inside. Also had a second grill going with just shrimp. Doing to much to fast at once.
