    If you don't want to watch, they are covering the steak in powdered milk.  That apparently makes a significant difference in the flavor.  Interesting.  I don't think any of us would ever think to try that, but it's probably worth a shot.

    If I give the powered milk deal a go it will definitely not be on a high end steak out of the gate.  But always lookin for something new...what next cornstarch? B)

    I want to try it, but my grocery store only has non-fat powdered milk.  I see he used whole powdered milk.  May have to see if my buddy Jeff Bezos can send me some.

    I’ve never tried that much less heard of it, but I have soaked chicken in buttermilk with some noticeable taste improvement.
