In the history of the world, the USA is a young country. We (collectively), and especially our politicians, have a poor understanding of our history. And, an even worse recollection of what has transpired in the 240+ yrs since we won independence.
We are doomed to repeat/bear it, unless Americans ... all Americans... raise their voice(s), and exercise their voting rights.

But it wasn't until two years ago, during the BLM movement, that I ever heard about the torching of the "Black Wall Street" in Tulsa.
