Been about 40 years since I’ve lit my egg. Life and all. Got some lollies on after a much needed clean burn. Glazing later with a Barnwell County, SC sauce “Edisto Orange.” The cap tasted nice without being too salty. Let’s see. The apple is smoking nicely.

Pretty good. The lack of using the egg definitely changed the taste of the smoke. Should have let it burn off a little longer.
