I saw something on Twitter the other day and it was addressing a solution to the accusation of voter/election fraud.
I didn't go too far down the thread/rabbit hole at the moment because the TOTO was just about finishing it's magic but basically this:
To allege election fraud, there has to be a formal process. Within that process, you have to show actual proof or a very specific example of fraud.
That allegation is investigated by a third party (gets tricky here) that is independent.
Alleging election fraud with no proof becomes a federal crime. No more running around claiming fraud before the ACTUAL election/counting of votes.
If you claim fraud, you have 15 days to show proof. No proof, you are charged with a federal crime.
