Haha. Thanks JMJ! A cook I've wanted to do for awhile. Finally had an excuse to do it. Go for it!JMJ said:Jesus, what a cook! What a meal! marysvilleksegghead said:did you ever have Enrico's lasagna at a frozen fest? Yours reminds me of what his looked like, really good looking.
Thanks marysvilleksegghead! Yep. That's the weekend where I knew what true lasagna tasted like. It has ruined traditional lasagna ever since. Mine can't hold a candle to Molly and Enrico's lasagna. Even using the same recipe. I had to give it a try though."The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

Mouthwatering!
Especially after the stuff they served me at lunch today.lol
Blue Plate Special was lasagna but Stoffers frozen is much better.
Big difference with fresh pasta?Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas -
Looks delicious. get a hankering for lasagna a few times a year. You've inspired me to just make my own next time.
Care to share the sauce recipe? and what's the squiggle on top?#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -
Thanks Photo Egg! Fresh noodles really do make a difference. Typically when I eat lasagna I'll get that bloated feeling afterwards. Not so much when I've had scratch pasta. I'll get full but not uncomfortable.Photo Egg said:Mouthwatering!

I'd have zero issues with frozen lasagna. 20 minutes later you're eating. Hard to hate that!"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

Thanks for the link. The few times I've made lasagna, it has turned out too dense for my liking - thick (store bought) noodles and thick sauce. That last plated pic is the kind of lasagna I want.Carolina Q said:

@caliking, Read the replies. Molly answers Faith's question about roller settings for both Kitchen Aid rollers and hand pasta machines (like Atlas or Imperia).caliking said:
