Brackets or lump

No arguing just wondering if I should switch from lump to briskets for low and slow. I never do high heat but even lump seems to work for low and slow

I’d go brisket over lump, tastes better. But if you go with pork butts even better, they tend to produce more even heat than thighs or wings. Check out Foster Farms brand lump, my new favorite.

Never tried them, keep hearing that they are good for low and slow. But I think I’ll just stick with the lump.
