Looks good. I'm guessing you had to crisp up the oily skin without the rotis?canuckland

Actually no. If you add a light oil before seasoning and wait until the grill is 425.or higher 45.min works great. I like to cook my sauce on not just cover it. Hate cleaning the sauce off the basket.Columbus, Ohio

Sorry got logged out. But yes. After the rotisserie they are done. But I learned scrubbing that basket isn't fun. So I sauce them over the already hot grills and cook in the sauce.Columbus, Ohio
