Pork Loin Rib Half

Cooking this 3 lbs beauty.

Injected with pineapple juice, seasoned with KEG spice.

Cooked at 275F to 300F.

Almost ready, looking for it to hit 145F.

Took about 2h to hit 135F internal, and I started glazing it with apple jelly, teriyaki, balsamic glaze and BBQ sauce mix.
