    Thanks.
Have in-laws in town staying in a condo.
So cooked up couple racks of ribs, couple links of sausage, flat iron steaks and some baked beans to take over tonight. Nothing was great, but nice variety.

That's a nice spread for the in-laws. You must like them!  ;) It's always nice when you can grill/smoke for people who might not have the chance. My Mother-in-law doesn't have a grill and she is always extra appreciative whenever we have something from the grill or smoker.

    That’s awesome!
I cook and Foodsaver for mother-in-law on a regular basis. Makes it easier for her to make up a meal.

Looks great. How's that Weber pellet smoker working for you? How's the smoke flavor off of it?

Smoke profile is on the lighter side. At least with the B&B pellet blend I’m using.
Only my 2nd cook and it was really rushed. The function of the grill is perfect and it’s stupid easy to set up and start cooking. WiFi functions are also super easy.
It does have a Smoke Boost mode. Designed to be used at start of cook. It holds temp at 160-200, depending on ambient temps, to give you more cooking time while the meat is at optimal temp to absorb smoke.
I bought is super cheap and added a cover and the front flip shelves. Not sure I could say I like it enough yet to have paid street price of $999.
I really want to try a spatchcock chicken and see how it handles the skin.
    Thank you,
