Hi all,
I don't post much here, but figured I'd do my first picture cook. Long time lurker - almost first time poster.
I don't have pics of the actual cook. It started at 2 am and the next morning was pouring rain. I do have some after shots.
These were creekstone farm beef ribs. Went on the large egg with my homeade rub.
Thanks for lookin'

So, I guess don't be afraid to pay for higher quality, and / or don't get discouraged if your first attempt isn't fantastic. Blame the cow!Clinton, Iowa -
IMO the very best protein you can cook on an Egg or buy in a bbq joint hands down.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
