Welcome aboard and enjoy the journey. Above all, have fun.
That is quite a tricked out rig right there. Sweet!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -
Yeah. Where are you traveling? I'm cooking for 100+ this weekend. You could swing by and be a big help.

@Foghorn - The annual welcoming gathering for your new arrivals or have I missed the mark?
Regardless, you have been doing some good sized cooks of late. All impressive.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -
Yes, @lousubcap, that's correct. It's that time of year and we're very happy to be able to do it after missing the event last year.
We'll be using a giant reverse flow offset.XXL BGE, Karebecue, Klose BYC, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle

Beautiful rig! custom design I assume…BTW what do you use to tow that bad boy? Does that trailer have air jacks or something to raise and lower it? That picture strikes me as it is rather low to the ground to ride carefully over many roadways! Also do all your eggs travel on that back porch or do you roll them inside your trailer when traveling?RRP said:On the competition circuit as well?Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time -
Thank you so much! Yes, we designed it. We have a 2019 Ford F-250 to pull it. It does sit lower to the ground unfortunately. Just have to be careful. No, they ride on the deck. It was a challenge at first. My husband actually has a design to prevent the insides from moving. Just in the thought process right now lol
