Beef Shanks: Smoked, then braised.

Credit seeing this on the @Fogocharcoal website.  Smoked over bourbon wood chunks for 90 minutes.  Then braised in red wine, beef broth, veggies, onion, etc for 2 hours.  Fork tender.  Served over mashed potatoes.  Saying it was good is an understatement.  Perhaps the most flavorful cook on my egg to date.
