Pigs In A Blanket, What's Your Way?

I grew up on them (thanks mom!) being sausage rolled inside a pancake, with Log Cabin syrup. They could also be a hotdog in a pastry.
The Master's has them on a menu I saw, quite different than what I know and looked great.
Anyone have PIAB recipes to share?
