1. Those who get the joke.
2. Those who miss the joke
3. And those who explain the joke 😜
They don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. That's against their interests. - George Carlin -

JohnInCarolina said:We are very fortunate to have a high-end steakhouse here in Durham. They routinely have dry-aged items available, including Wagyu. If I want to take a visitor out for an excellent steak, that's where I go. There is also the Angus Barn out near Raleigh, where I've had some incredible meals.
So I haven't been to a Ruth Chris place, and probably never will. -
Ruth Chris is a decent steak. But not one to go crazy after in my opinion. I have eaten at a number of locations. Similar to Mortons in quality. Interesting that is is wet aged. Peter luger in Brooklyn NY is my favorite I have experienced. St. Elmos mentioned above in Indy is fantastic as well. The Palm in NYC and Charlotte are wonderful. We have a place in town here in Norwalk CT called Blackstones that is real close to the best of them as well!LBGE/Weber Kettle/Blackstone 36" Griddle/Turkey Fryer/Induction Burner/Royal Gourmet 24" Griddle/Cuisinart Twin Oaks/Pit Boss Tabletop pellet smoker/Instant Pot
