Today's pies on the BGE with Pizza-Porta and DigiQ fan

Had a nice result today with pies from my BGE and Pizza-Porta accessory. Also used my DigiQ fan on lower vent. Left the pit probe outside which allows for constant fan action. Measured Dome temps >700 F with Thermo Works high heat probe attached to their IR gun. Very nice result, to my taste.

The only thing that looks wrong with that pizza is that its not big enough.
That's just be an appetizer for me.

Griffin, thanks. Those 2 pies last my wife and I a minimum of 2 meals, usually and a snack. The Pizza-Porta is great but does have a limited opening making pizza size smaller than what can be done on the egg without it. Not complaining!Still Learnin'
