Today's pies on the BGE with Pizza-Porta and DigiQ fan

Had a nice result today with pies from my BGE and Pizza-Porta accessory. Also used my DigiQ fan on lower vent. Left the pit probe outside which allows for constant fan action. Measured  Dome temps >700 F with Thermo Works high heat probe attached to their IR gun. Very nice result, to my taste.
