Deep dish so good...

Morning All:

A little deep dish action tonight...made the dough & into the CI skillet...sprinkled some Bouquet Garni on the dough before adding 8 ounces of Mozzarella...


then a 15 ounce jar of Alfredo Sauce along with some of my BBQ sauce...


this was topped with one pound of ground beef, one pound of Italian sausage, some mild pepper rings (plus some more BBQ sauce) & about half pound of bacon...then another 8 ounces of mozzarella with a sprinkling of Dizzy Pig Mediterranean-ish...


then on the Egg indirect at about 425 for 30 to 35 minutes then pulled when looking good...




my first piece...


very filling & very delicious!
