I remember seeing a thread about fermenting stuff. It was an awesome thread, but I cannot find it. Does anyone have a link? It had like 100 posts with tons of information.

I bought some of the jars and grew some peppers this summer becsuse of this thread. The hot sauce was amazing. All I did was follow the information from the thread.
